Everything at Occam is cut and made by hand in our London studio.
Our product images show garment colour and fit to the best of our abilities and slight variations can occur.
The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and, although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device display will realistically reflect the colour of the products. 
Since each product is handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website have a 5% tolerance.
Occam designs clothing for Sighthounds. Purchases made for other breeds are the buyer's responsibility. Since we cannot guarantee their suitability for other breeds, these cannot be refunded or exchanged.

First time and returning customer tips;
Please do not use a garment from a different company to base your dog’s measurements on. The Occam size chart is specific to our products and does not correlate to other brands’ sizing structure.
It is advised that you take your sighthound’s measurements each time you order. Your dog may have changed since you last ordered from Occam.
As we grow as a company so does our knowledge and with this so do our patterns. Whilst some garments may look identical to when we launched, small changes and improvements to the designs may have been made.


Does Occam ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries.

How much will it cost in shipping?
Shipping costs are generated at checkout and dependent on location. We ship with Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD.

Will I have to pay import duty and tax?
Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding import fees.

When will my order ship?
Dependant on when you place your order we try to ship all orders within 1-4 working days of purchase.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.

What do I do if the garment doesn't fit?
